Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Sundae Bliss. We handcraft and carefully package all of our skincare products with love in Alberta, Canada. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, what to expect, and what to do if issues arise.

📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Within Canada

  • We ship via Canada Post and other reliable carriers.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — please refer to current promotions.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

  • Yes, we ship to the U.S.!
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that as of late 2025, U.S. customs regulations have changed. All commercial shipments entering the U.S. from Canada may now be subject to duties, regardless of the order value. > * Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or tariffs assessed by U.S. authorities. Sundae Bliss does not collect these at checkout and is not responsible for these additional costs or any customs-related delays.

  • Summer Shipping: Due to strict customs restrictions on gel/liquid packs, ice packs cannot be included in U.S. shipments. We use insulated liners to help protect your product during transit.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently only ship within Canada and to the United States. We hope to expand to more countries soon! 

📫 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

☀️A Quick (But Important!) Note About Summer/Hot Climate Shipping

Warm Weather Shipping & Packaging Our natural whipped tallow is sensitive to heat and can melt, so we pack warm-weather orders with reflective insulated liners and sweat-proof gel ice packs to create a protective, chilled "micro-climate".

To ensure your package doesn't get stuck sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend, we utilize expedited shipping and only ship out orders Monday through Wednesday.

What to Expect Upon Arrival (Our Melt Policy) If your jar feels warm upon delivery, please follow our "Fridge First" rule: place the sealed jar in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before opening to let the oils safely firm up and prevent a "caved-in" look. If extreme heat has caused your cream to lose its fluffy volume, don't worry! Melting is perfectly natural and does not ruin any of the skin-nourishing nutrients. Your whip has simply transformed into a dense, rich beauty balm. Simply apply it as usual to enjoy the exact same benefits!

❗️Shipping Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or holidays
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier

If your tracking shows a delivery but you haven’t received the package:

  • Check with neighbours, your mailbox, and local post office first
  • Then email us at [insert email], and we’ll do our best to assist

📝 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
