All products offered are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur between batches. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and imagery, but we reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders, Payment, and Billing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing discrepancies, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Secure payment is processed via Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information and to promptly update any changes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Sundae Bliss is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other events beyond our control. 6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo documentation. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. See our [Refund Policy] for details.

7. Marketing Communications: Email and SMS

By subscribing to our newsletter or promotional messages, you provide express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Sundae Bliss in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and, where applicable, the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
